What we collect
Only what you send us through the request form, by email or by phone: your name, role, company, company ID, work email, phone, country, the quantity you need, a delivery address for a sample, and your message.
The site sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising or social media trackers. Its fonts and images are served from the site itself.
Why we use it, and on what basis
- To answer your request, send you a sample and prepare an offer. These are steps you ask for before a contract (GDPR art. 6(1)(b)), and answering business enquiries is also our legitimate interest (art. 6(1)(f)).
- If an order follows, to perform the contract (art. 6(1)(b)) and to keep the records Bulgarian accounting and tax law requires (art. 6(1)(c)).
- To keep the form free of spam and abuse (art. 6(1)(f)).
We do not sell your details, add you to a mailing list, or make automated decisions about you.
Who else handles it
These providers process data for us under data processing terms, and only to provide their service:
- Google (Google Workspace): our email, and the spreadsheet where form requests are kept.
- Vercel: hosts this website; its servers keep short-lived technical logs such as IP addresses.
- Cloudflare (Turnstile), when the check is on: confirms that the form is sent by a person and not a bot. It reads technical signals from your browser and sets no tracking cookies.
The courier who delivers a sample receives your name, company and delivery address to deliver it.
Transfers outside the EU and EEA
Google, Vercel and Cloudflare are US companies. Where data reaches the United States, the transfer relies on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or on the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
- A request that leads to no order: deleted 24 months after our last contact with you.
- Contracts, invoices and related correspondence: as long as Bulgarian accounting and tax law requires, usually up to 10 years.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct or delete it, to restrict its use, or to receive it in a portable format, and you can object to its use based on our legitimate interest. Write to peter@petrovs.co; we answer within one month.
You can also complain to a data protection authority, in particular in the EU or EEA country where you live or work, or where you believe the infringement took place. In Bulgaria, where we are based, that is the Commission for Personal Data Protection (CPDP), 2 Prof. Tsvetan Lazarov Blvd, 1592 Sofia, www.cpdp.bg.
Giving us your details is voluntary, but without them we cannot answer your request.
